About the role

As the Coordinator, Information Technology, you will play an important role in delivering reliable, responsive IT services that support the day-to-day operations of NSWIS. You will help coordinate service activities, provide high-quality technical support to staff, and contribute to the effective delivery of organisation-wide technology functions.

The role also supports the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of technology systems that enable the secure capture, storage, and reporting of organisational data. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performance environment by strengthening the systems and services that underpin our work.

This is a full time position, attracting an annual salary of $97,470 plus superannuation.  The contract period for this role is up to 31 December 2028 in line with the Olympic cycle. 

 

This is an identified position requiring a Working with Children Check.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology support or related field.
  • A sound understand of endpoint integration and software management programs.
  • demonstrated ability to communicate and report concise and relevant information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Active Directory.
  • Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain this prior to working with us.
